The trigraph ‹sch› is not encoded as an independent character in Unicode. In Fraktur typesetting, the trigraph ‹sch› is set with the long s ( ſ ) and the ch ligature. In block typesetting, the block is therefore placed after the ſ, but not after the c. If the three letters come together in a word composition, the da is placed against the final s, so that confusion with the trigraph is impossible.
